1. About client information use

JSC «Arctic Natural» uses client information for the following purposes:

  • For the better provision of the company's goods and services
  • For the provision of information to clients about the events, held by the company
  • For the better provision of the parent company's goods and services»
  • For provision of information useful to clients

2. About provision of the client information to 3rd parties

As for the client information to 3rd parties, Arctic Natural JSC can only provide such information to parties that have signed a Confidentiality Agreement with Arctic Natural. If you do not want Arctic Natural to provide your information to any 3rd parties, please inform us about your decision.

3. About provision of client information in hard copy form

Arctic Natural can only provide client information in hard copy form only in the following cases:

  • Arctic Natural has explicit permission from clients
  • Client information is not personal. There is no possibility to identify the particular person with this information.

4. About handling client information on the company website

JSC Arctic Natural can use client information for conducting different kinds of (statistical) analysis, with the purpose of improving the quality of goods and services, provided to the clients. Nevertheless, the personal information of clients is not made public in the process.

Shopping cart of the Arctic Natural webshop uses SSL technology and thus provides the security of online payments, and client payment information. JSC Arctic Natural does not store the client payment information in the website database.

5. About handling client information for clients registered with Facebook ID

JSC Arctic Natural uses client information (Name and e-mail address) only for setting up client account on the JSC Arctic Natural site and for provision of a more convenient login experience.

This information is not shared with third parties.

With the request of the client JSC Arctic Natural can delete the information and the client's account. Such requests can be addressed to the company e-mail address - info@arcticnatural.com

This policy is effective from the day it is published on the company website.
